Per fortuna la vita è breve... e questa non è l'eternità.

Viviamo senza esistere, dentro lo scorrere del tempo, allietati dalla pubblicità, impediti dal pensare, costretti a sopravvivere, sempre che ce lo sia permesso dalla dittatura del potere, denaro, confraternita di scambio, mafia, falsamente derivato dal popolo.

Ai vertici c'è chi è costretto ad abbandonare, ma con il vitalizio. Altri sono intoccabili. Sono questi che si sono impadroniti dello stato.

Per chi alza la testa il tempo della giustizia che lo accompagna alla morte.

Con la giustizia in questo stato, si può affermare che la resistenza che ha portato alla costituente è stata inutile. Inutile la morte dei partigiani.

Il governo che ci sarebbe stato dopo Hitler, non sarebbe stato diverso da quelli che hanno governato e che governano oggi l'Italia.

I martiri della resistenza? sono stati inutili. Una naqzione senza giustizia, o una giustizia lasciata in mani indecenti, non esiste.

Tutti gli opinionisti, i giornalisti, i politici che parlano di desta, centro, sinistra, populismo sarebbero da mandare a casa: o non hanno compreso nulla o stanno prendendo in giro i cittadini. Qui non si tratta di usare quei termini per confondere, ma parlare di società. Cos'è una società? Quali sono le regole? Quale è la giustizia? Stipendi d'oro e disoccupati? Diritti violati?...

Sarebbe ora, sarebbe necessario annullare le funzioni della corte costituzionale, o per lo meno , svecchiare. Come si può continuare a parlare di divisione dei poteri quando fanno tutti parte della stessa razza, degli stessi privilegi. E' vero, abbiamo la piu bella costituzione del mondo... ma è anche la piu inutile e la meno rispettata.
